Jenny's career has focused on humanitarian aid, language learning, civic education, participatory governance, and economic development particularly for refugee communities and rural populations.
Planting Seeds in Morocco
Jenny travels to Morocco to immerse herself in Arabic language and culture through the U.S. Department of Defense's Arabic Flagship Program, marking the beginning of her deepening connection with the region and international development work.
Remote Grant Writing and Research
Jenny offers remote grant writing services, focusing on international development projects, including support for Palestinian & Syrian refugee initiatives, expanding her expertise in cross-border collaboration and donor relations.
Monitoring & Evaluation at the Moroccan Institute for Policy Analysis
Jenny takes on a key role in providing monitoring and evaluation services for USAID's Inclusive Civic Education Project, honing her skills in program assessment and development in Morocco while contributing to effective policy implementation.

Building on her diverse international experience, Jenny formally launches McGinty Consulting Co., a consultancy designed to provide expert services in development projects. The company aims to expand locally-led development by building a network of consultants and promoting leadership development in Morocco and beyond.
